About UVS International (UVSI)
UVSI is a non-profit association registered with the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague, The Netherlands and operates out of offices in Paris, France. It represents manufacturers of unmanned vehicle systems (UVS), and manufacturers of sub-systems and critical components for UVS and associated equipment, as well as companies supplying services with or for UVS. In this context, UVS should be understood as re-useable and expendable unmanned air, ground and naval vehicle systems, as well as non-reusable unmanned air, ground and naval target systems. UVS International currently (Oct. 2009) represents 261 corporate, academic and institutional members in 37 countries and 10 international organizations on 5 continents.
About The Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI)
CADSI is a not-for-profit national business association that represents the Canadian defence and security industries. Formerly the Canadian Defence Industries Association, CADSI represents 800 member companies working in the defence and public security markets. The industries employ over 90,000 Canadians and generate $10 billion in annual revenues, roughly 50% of which comes from international sales.
